The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant! After your training is complete, you will be placed in a restaurant.  Individual store operations lie under your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager.  Providing exceptional leadership to your team members and laser focused on guest satisfaction will be mandatory requirements.

Manager Information & Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to): 
  • The daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
  • No close / open shifts for our managers. 
  • Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.  No bartender worries or drunk guests
  • Conduct one full inventory each period. No multiple inventories in a month
  • Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
  • Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
  • Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
  • Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.
  • Consistently seek out and hire “eggceptional” candidates that possess hospitality and a desire to take care of others.

 Qualifications:
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • A candidate that values Developmental Action Plans for professional growth
  • Work effectively in partnerships
  • Professional verbal & written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude 
 Schedule:
  • Day shifts only
  • Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
  • Flexible weekends off, when staffing permits and properly requested

 Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
